Welcome to the Work Abroad and Remote Track. You already have some IT experience: maybe helpdesk, QA, development, networking, data or systems work. Now you want to work for international companies, either remotely from the Philippines or overseas.
Both paths are possible. Both are also competitive, and both attract scammers who target Filipinos who want to work abroad. This track is about doing it the right way.
The six weeks
- Week 1: choose your path: remote from the Philippines, overseas employment, or both.
- Week 2: rebuild your resume and LinkedIn for international employers.
- Week 3: find legitimate remote and overseas roles and vet employers.
- Week 4: recognize illegal recruiters and remote job scams, and verify agencies with the DMW.
- Week 5: international interview practice.
- Week 6: offers, contracts, and your application plan.
How lessons work
Videos have full written notes. Readings are guides. Tasks are actions you tick off. Assignments go to a coach who replies with written feedback.
What we are, and what we are not
We are a training and coaching program. We are not a recruitment or placement agency, we do not deploy workers, and we do not process visas. We will never ask you for placement fees or promise a job, a salary or a visa. Anyone who promises you guaranteed placement abroad for a fee should make you careful, and week 4 shows you exactly how to check.
What you can expect
A resume and LinkedIn built for international readers, a clear understanding of where legitimate roles are posted, interview practice for cross-cultural calls, and the knowledge to protect yourself. The applications and the effort are yours.
