Welcome to the Career Shifter Track. If you are coming from a BPO account, a classroom, a hospital ward, a bank counter or a sales floor, you are in the right place. This track is built for adults who already have work experience and want to move into IT without going back to school for four years.
What the next six weeks look like
Each week has one focus, one live coaching call, and a short set of lessons you can finish in about four to six hours.
- Week 1: pick the entry-level role that fits you: IT support, QA testing, junior web dev or data/reporting.
- Week 2: start the free foundation skills for that role and build a study routine you can keep.
- Week 3: rewrite your resume so your current experience reads as IT strengths.
- Week 4: fix your LinkedIn and build one small portfolio project.
- Week 5: interview practice, including your first mock interview.
- Week 6: a weekly application plan, your second mock interview, and your plan after the cohort.
The four lesson types
- Video: a short talk. The written notes under it cover everything, so you can read instead of watch.
- Reading: a guide you can come back to.
- Task: something you do and tick off yourself.
- Assignment: something you submit. A coach reviews it and replies with written feedback.
An honest promise
We are a training program, not a recruitment agency. We cannot promise you a job or a salary, and anyone who does is not being straight with you. What we can do is help you choose a realistic target, build proof that you can do the work, and apply in a way that gets you real interviews. The effort is yours. The structure and feedback are ours.
Start with the next lesson, then set up your workspace.
