Welcome to the Fresh Grad Track. You finished, or are about to finish, an IT, CS or related degree. Now comes the part school rarely teaches: getting hired.
Many fresh grads apply to dozens of jobs with a resume that lists subjects and seminars, then hear nothing back. The problem is usually not your ability. It is how your work is presented and where you are applying. This track fixes both in four weeks.
The four weeks
- Week 1: turn your capstone, thesis and school projects into a resume and LinkedIn that a recruiter can scan in ten seconds.
- Week 2: learn where Philippine companies actually post entry-level roles, build a shortlist and start applying.
- Week 3: technical interview practice: coding, SQL, troubleshooting or testing questions, plus explaining your projects.
- Week 4: HR interviews, understanding a job offer, and negotiation basics.
How lessons work
- Videos have full written notes under them, so you can read if you prefer.
- Readings are guides to keep.
- Tasks are actions you complete and tick off.
- Assignments are submitted for coach review, and you get written feedback.
Honest expectations
We are a training program, not a recruitment agency. We cannot promise a job, a specific company or a salary. What you will have after four weeks is a stronger resume, a clear list of where to apply, real interview practice, and a plan to keep going. Some people get offers quickly, others take months. The habits you build here help either way.
