Chapter 1 of 5

Pick your entry role

  • IT Support / Helpdesk

Good fit: BPO, customer service, admin

You already troubleshoot with customers. Add basic networking and Windows admin.

  • QA Tester

Good fit: Teachers, nurses, detail-oriented people

Careful checking and clear writing matter more than coding at the start.

  • Junior Web Developer

Good fit: Fresh grads, self-taught coders

Show 2 to 3 small projects; your portfolio speaks louder than your diploma.

  • Data / Reporting Analyst

Good fit: Finance, ops, anyone good with Excel

Excel plus basic SQL opens a lot of entry-level doors.
