How the fund works

Money goes in with every sale. A coach decides who gets a seat. A seat is a real course, not cash.

  1. Step 1

    20% of every sale

    When anyone pays for a course or a store product, 20% goes into the fund. On marketplace templates it is 20% of our fee, so sellers keep their full share.

  2. Step 2

    A coach reads each application

    We pick people who are ready to put in the work but are blocked by money.

  3. Step 3

    A seat is a real course

    Usually the Starter course (₱699). When the fund allows, a full career track instead.
